How We Work - Our Process
Every project is unique at Dan Hurtley Ltd. However, all projects follow a set process, ensuring we deliver the highest quality at every stage.

Initial Enquiry
Use our project enquiry form to provide as much detail about your project as possible, including specification and budget.
This will allow us to review the project prior to your showroom visit.
Design Studio Visit
Once we have reviewed your enquiry, we will contact you to advise if we can help.
We will then invite you into our design studio for a face-to-face meeting to discuss the project in more detail.
Site Survey
We will then arrange a site survey to measure your property, after which a full quotation will be issued for your project.
If you wish to proceed, a 10% deposit will be payable at this stage to start detailed plans.
Manufacture
Once the deposit is paid, we will book your manufacturing slot and give you an estimated installation date. Leadtimesfor kitchens are 6-8 weeks and bedrooms 4-6 weeks.
If we are providing the fully project managed installation package all relevant trades from our trusted partners will be booked in to ensure every project runs as smoothly as possible.
We will invite you back to our design studio if necessary to discuss all your options in fine detail including appliances, worktops, handles and finishes.
Installation
Once manufacturing is underway we can get an exact installation date booked into the diary.
